Day 1 Arrive at Paro Airport or Phuentsholing Gate - Representative from” GoodMorning Bhutan“will receive the guests at Paro Airport or Phuentsholing. While travelling by air, it is mandatory to carry passport. While entering Bhutan through Phuentsholing Gate, entry and route permits will be processed at Phuentsholing Immigration Office. Overnight Halt at Phuntsholing Day 2 Travel to Thimphu - Guests will enjoy the views of beautiful mountains, valleys, while sightseeing on the way National Memorial Chorten – An iconic monument located in the heart of Thimphu city: people of all ages come here to circumembulate and recite scared prayers. Buddha Point -One of the largest Buddha Statue in the world situated on the hillock overlooking the complete Thimphu valley below. Overnight Halt at Thimphu. DAY 3 – THIMPHU/PUNAKHA Simply Bhutan-A Living Museum - The experience offers a glimpse into the ancient Bhutanese lifestyle and also gives opportunities for visitors to be a part of Bhutanese Culture Coronation Park - Enjoy an experience of complete tranquility amongst sixty species of flowers and trees, in the beautiful garden. The garden also has a big Buddha statue and is a very good place for spending leisure time. 1hrs Centenary Farmers Market - Visit a well-organized and managed vegetable market where local vendors including the villagers from nearby places come to sell their organic agriculture products. Tashichhoedzong - Once a Buddhist monastery and a fortress is presently the seat of Royal Government of Bhutan and also the Central Monastic Body, including the summer residence of the Je Khenpo (Chief Abbot of Bhutan). It is an impressive structure, which houses the throne room of His Majesty the King of Bhutan. Bhutan Post Office Headquarters :- Bhutan Post Office Headquarters of Thimphu is home to the world's largest photo book. It is situated close to Changlam Square, preserving the ancient tradition of sending out postcards. It's a paradise for a philatelist with all types and shapes of stamps, ranging from circular to rectangular to the ones having attractive designs found here. If you want your personalised stamps, then Bhutan Post Office Headquarters are the way to go! Antique coins can also be bought here. .Overnight Halt at Punakha DAY 4 – PARO Paro Dzong - Visit will take the leisurely downhill walk to cross the typical Bhutanese Cantilever Bridge, one of the finest specimens in Bhutan with its shingle roof and two guard-houses at each end. National Museum – Trip to National Museum or Ta-Dzong will witness the horse egg, collection of fine arts, paintings and bronzes ,textiles, jewellery, handicrafts and galleries of stuffed animals and butterflies from Bhutan. Kyichu Lhakhang - Tour to Bhutan’s oldest & most beautiful temple where you will get to witness the two orange trees in the courtyard of the temple bearing fruit throughout the year. Drukgyel Dzong - Excursion to the Drukgyel Dzong (the fortress of the victorious Drukpas), which was a defence fortress against Tibetan army. Mt. Jomolhari stands out behind its ramparts and forms the border with Tibet, providing magnificent background to the ruined fortress. Stroll Paro Town – Enjoy shopping for gifts and souvenirs. Overnight Halt at Paro DAY 5- PARO Paro Taktsang - Enjoy an unforgettable experience of trekking to Paro Taktsang, which is located on the mountain cliff overlooking the Paro Valley and surrounded by majestic mountains and emerald green valleys. Stroll Paro Town – Enjoy shopping for gifts and souvenirs. Overnight Halt at Paro. DAY 6- PARO Return Travel to Phuentsholing – Guests will travel back to Paro Airport or Phuentsholing for out bound journey. Out boundary - Representatives from “GoodMorning Bhutan” will see off the guests. DAY 7 - DEPARTURE Return Travel to Phuentsholing – Guests will travel back to Paro Airport or Phuentsholing for out bound journey.
